Hosts will provide the main dish, and each attendee (up to 10 per house) can bring a side of their choosing to share with the group. SERVE

Caring for the Marshalls: We have been given the opportunity to offer on-going care for two beloved City Church members: Jane Marshall and her mother, Mabel. Our current efforts are focused on providing meals for both Jane and Mabel and arranging for Mabel to have visitors when Jane needs to be out of the house. If you’re interested in taking part in meals and/or visitation, please contact Caitlin Wise at caitlincwise@gmail.com and she’ll get you connected.

CARITAS: Our next CARITAS commitments are November 15th, 17th, and 19th. Please consider being a part of this great opportunity as we partner with nearby Bethlehem Lutheran Church to show the compassion of Jesus to the homeless community by volunteering to make meals or staying overnight at the church. Check out our online sign up sheet. This is a great activity for City Groups or for individuals. Please contact Caroline Garrett at cgarrett17@gmail.com or 703-201-0508 with questions.

Randolph Volunteers Needed! Out of Christ’s love, we are partnering with the Randolph Community Center to serve as mentors and tutors in their after school program, any day of the week from 4pm to 6pm! (Think of CHAT, but just a few blocks away from City Church!) This is an exciting opportunity to love on kids in our local neighborhood by helping them with their homework and teaching them something new and exciting (i.e. art, sports, music, etc.) To participate, please visit this sign up link and/or email Thomas McConnell at tmcconnell@moseleyarchitects.com.
