SERVE

Hosting International Students for Dinner: This summer VCU’s Global Education Office (VCU GEO) will host 42 Chinese students for a 4-week English and cultural exchange program. In an effort to give these students a chance to spend time with American families and share cultures, VCU GEO is looking for volunteers to have one or two students over for dinner once during this 4-week session. If you’re interested in opening up your home in this way, please contact Annie Gao at gaoy23@vcu.edu.

Mercy Fund: We will take up a special mercy fund offering at Sunday’s service, as we always do on the last Sunday of the month. Whatever is given will be kept separate from our general budget and will be used to aid those in our congregation, and in our community, who have emergency needs. Please prayerfully consider what you might give.
