City Church Basics: Our next session of City Church Basics will take place on Friday, June 17th (7-9:30pm) and Saturday, June 18th (9:30am to noon) at Grace Covenant. City Church Basics explains who we are as a church and what it means to be a member. It is a necessary step towards formally joining the church, although membership is not required. Sign Up for Summer Bible Studies: Sign-ups info for our summer Bible studies are underway! Our women's group will meet on Monday evenings (7:30 at Grace Covenant); our co-ed group will meet on Tuesday evenings (7pm, location TBD, with hangout at Ardent afterwards); and our men's group will meet on Wednesday evenings (7:30 at Grace Covenant). All groups will be completing a study on the Fruit of the Spirit. Use this link to register:


Men's Hangout: All City Church men are invited to meet TONIGHT (Wednesday), at Ardent Craft Beers (3200 W. Leigh Street) at 7:30 PM. This will serve as the kickoff to the Men's Summer Bible study which will meet on Wednesday evenings. Hope to see you there–and feel free to invite others.

Save the Date: One-Day VBS Event! On Saturday, July 9th, City Church will host a one-day, outreach-focused Vacation Bible School program at Grace Covenant. More details–and a shareable invitation–coming soon!


Nursery Workers Needed! We are in need of 11 additional nursery workers for our June-September volunteer rotation. Please consider serving City Church in this way! Contact Jennifer Murphy ( if you’re interested.

Service Opportunities: The City Church deacons are in need of additional volunteers to join them as they support and care for members of our community. Potential opportunities to serve include proving rides to those with transportation dif culties (mid-week, especially); helping to collect household items for those in need; and serving on the Mercy Fund team, which manages the nancial support City Church provides to people in the community facing financial difficulties.
