Host an International Student for Thanksgiving: VCU Global Education Office is in search of families and individuals interested in showing friendship and hospitality by inviting international students and scholars into their homes to share Thanksgiving dinner. Thanksgiving is a great opportunity for international students to be in a home, to share a meal and their culture with Americans and to gain a better understanding of American culture. If you’re interested, download a volunteer form here or contact Pamela Haney, Student Engagement Coordinator, at email@example.com.
CommonGoodRVA — Educators’ Perspectives: CommonGoodRVA is hosting a panel discussion on education in Richmond, offering educators’ perspectives on their vocation and work for the common good of Richmond. Thursday, November 21st, 7:30 to 9:00PM at Veritas School (3400 Brook Road Richmond, VA). For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org or go to facebook.com/commongoodrva.

We will also hold a brief rehearsal after our regular service on Sunday, November 24th. Kids of all ages (steady walkers and up) are invited to take part.
