Faith & Finances: Financial stewardship is an important, but easily overlooked topic for the church and for individual believers.On Saturday, March 2nd (9:30-11am), City Church will host an interactive workshop designed to help you explore financial-related questions like: Why is money important to God? How does God want us to use our money? The discussion will explore what Scripture has to say about money and how our faith impacts our financial decisions. Back in January, City Church helped with CommonGoodRVA, a two-day conference focused on helping Christians exercise vocational stewardship for the common good of Richmond. New Saturday City Group: Our newest City Group will hold its second meeting this Saturday, February 23rd at 4pm-6pm at Glenn & Laura Nunziata’s home. All are welcome to attend. We will be meeting every other week, and enjoying a meal together once a month. If you have children, bring them! We will hire childcare and share the costs among the parents. While this City Group is family-friendly, we would love to have a diverse group of people attend, so please come whether you are single, married, a parent, or not.
