The Apprenticeship of Being Human

WHEN: Saturday, December 8th from 8:45am to noon. WHERE: All Saints Reformed Presbyterian Church (3000 Grove Avenue)

This morning seminar, conducted by Graham Scharf, will consist of two 45-minute talks. The first presentation will focus on love, language, and literature as keys to producing character in children. The second will focus on the topic of story and its role in shaping virtue. He will cover both theory and practice, talking about the importance of early childhood, while also emphasizing grace.

Each session will be followed with 15 minutes of Q&A. Graham will also help facilitate about 30 minutes of small group discussion.

We'll start the morning at 8:45 with a time to greet each other and enjoy coffee and snacks. The first session will begin shortly after 9.
