First, some reminders... Move to Beth Ahabah City Church will be moving its Sunday afternoon worship service to Beth Ahabah Synagogue (1117 W. Franklin St.) beginning THIS SUNDAY February 6, 2011. While the current building has served us well for the last 4 1/2 years, the bigger space at Beth Ahabah will allow us to welcome more people to worship and to serve our children and our community better. If you have questions about this transitions, please feel free to contact Andrew Bleckley (ableckley [at] gmail.com) or Erik (erik [at] citychurchrva.com). Please click here for some FAQs about the transition: http://www.citychurchrva.com/site/2011/01/city-church-services-moving-to-beth-ahabah/
City Groups City Church isn't just a worship service. City Groups are small groups that meet in people's homes each week to study the Bible, pray and serve Richmond together. Interested? Email John Bourgeois (firstname.lastname@example.org)
City Church Prayer Please come join Erik and others to pray for City Church this Thursday (the 3rd), from 7-8 AM at the new church office (1520 W. Main St., Suite 105).
Nursery Updates: Parent Letter & Child Information Form As we make our transition to Beth Ahabah this coming Sunday, City Church is modifying some of the procedures regarding nursery care. Parents, please see the attached letter explaining our new procedures (such as nursery location, age groups, etc.). Please also see the attached Child Information Form. We'd appreciate it if parents could bring completed Child Information Forms (one for each child) to the next service. We will also have copies for you to fill out if needed. If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Bonkovsky (sarahbonkovsky [at] gmail.com).
