*NEW* Congregational Meeting, 12/19 On Sunday, December 19, immediately following the worship service City Church will hold a congregational meeting for the purpose of electing elders and calling Erik as pastor. All are invited to attend, although only members will be allowed to vote at the meeting.

New Worship Space As Erik announced on Sunday, City Church will be moving its Sunday afternoon worship service to Beth Ahabah Synagogue (1117 W. Franklin St.) beginning in February 2011.  While the current building has served us well for the last 4 1/2 years, the bigger space at Beth Ahabah will allow us to welcome more people to worship and to serve our children and our community better. If you have questions about this transitions, please feel free to contact Andrew Bleckley (ableckley [at] or Erik (erik [at] Christmas Eve Service, 12/24 City Church will have a family friendly Christmas Eve service of Lessons and Carols on Friday, December 24th, at 4 PM, in the Beth Ahabah Chapel (1117 W. Franklin St.) Due to a concurrent event at St. James Church we will be limited to street parking. Let Erik know if you have questions about the service.

*REMINDERS* City Church Christmas Open House, 12/11 City Church will have a Christmas Open House on Saturday, December 11 at 7pm at Daniel and Jennifer Walker's house (2404 Stuart Avenue). All are welcome, and we hope to see you there!

Loaves & Fishes, 12/19 Our next opportunity to serve at Loaves & Fishes will be on Sunday, December 19. We will meet at the Conrad Center (1400 Oliver Hill Way) from 11am to around 2pm to prepare and serve the meal.
