*NEW* Volunteer Schedule We'll be sending out the new volunteer schedule in a separate email within the next couple days. Please keep an eye out for it!

Loaves & Fishes -- THIS SUNDAY Our next opportunity to serve at Loaves & Fishes will be this Sunday, December 19th. We will meet at the Conrad Center (1400 Oliver Hill Way) from 11am to around 2pm to prepare and serve the meal. If you have any questions or would like to help out, please contact Kira Disse at kmdisse [at]

Congregational Meeting -- THIS SUNDAY Immediately following Sunday's worship service City Church will hold a congregational meeting for the purpose of electing elders and calling Erik as pastor. All are invited to attend, although only members will be allowed to vote at the meeting.

Christmas Eve Service, 12/24 City Church will have a family friendly Christmas Eve service of Lessons and Carols on Friday, December 24th, at 4pm, in the Beth Ahabah Chapel (1117 W. Franklin St.) Due to a concurrent event at St. James Church we will be limited to street parking. Let Erik know if you have questions about the service.

New Worship Space As Erik announced on Sunday, City Church will be moving its Sunday afternoon worship service to Beth Ahabah Synagogue (1117 W. Franklin St.) beginning in February 2011.  While the current building has served us well for the last 4 1/2 years, the bigger space at Beth Ahabah will allow us to welcome more people to worship and to serve our children and our community better. If you have questions about this transitions, please feel free to contact Andrew Bleckley (ableckley [at] or Erik (erik [at]
