Dinner Discussion, 10/2 Ann Douglas Enghauser is hosting a dinner discussion evening at her home in the West End on Friday, October 2nd at 7:00pm.  Food will be provided, but please come with a topic or a question to discuss (it does not have to be church or even religion based so feel free to be creative!) - the whole table will have one conversation so that all can participate.  Space is limited to 10 so please email Ann Douglas at memento.ade [at] to save a spot!

*REMINDERS* Back to School Supply Drive: Maymont Elementary City Church will be partnering with Maymont Elementary to provide “Back to School Supplies” to serve kids attending there.  Our goal is to donate 60 backpacks filled with school supplies for students from Pre-K to the 6th grade. If you’d like to be involved in purchasing supplies for a student, contact Blake Stack (blakestack [at] or fill out the form below. We need 10 more people to volunteer so we can meet our goal. Help us by signing up today! For those already signed up, please bring your backpack and supplies to church with you on Sunday.

Sign up form: Sunday Conversation, 9/13 Beginning Sunday, September 13th City Church will offer Sunday Conversation from 2:45-3:30 PM, downstairs at the church. Sunday Conversation will be a discussion on how our faith makes a difference in real, everyday life. This fall the Sunday Conversation will focus on Eric Jacobsen’s book, Sidewalks in the Kingdom, which describes why and how Christians should live in the city.
