Prayer Tomorrow: Please join members of City Church’s leadership and staff to pray for City Church tomorrow, January 31st, from 7am-8am at the church office (1520 W. Main Street, Suite 105).

Stewards of Children Training: The rate of child sexual abuse is staggering: 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys will be sexually abused by the time they are 18 (source). If you are interested in learning how to prevent, recognize, and react to child sexual abuse, please join us for Stewards of Children training. This course will be held specifically for City Church of Richmond by the organization SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now). The information presented would be helpful for those who work or volunteer with children, and for parents, but it is designed for any individuals concerned for the safety of children. The class will take place Saturday, February 16th, from 9:00 am-12:00 pm at the Joel House. There is a fee of $10 that goes toward the workbook used during the class that is yours to keep. If you have any questions or would like to attend, please contact Jennifer Murphy: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Women’s Spring Bible Studies: City Church’s weekly women’s Bible studies started up this week, but please still feel free to join us.
