RUF Bible Study begins TONIGHT: VCU's Reformed University Fellowship summer Bible study begins tonight and will meet each Tuesday in July. We'll be meeting at Peter and Melise Rowan's house for dinner, Bible discussion, and hanging out in Byrd Park. Invite your friends who may be home for the summer. All meet-ups will begin at 6pm. If you’re interesting in taking part, or would just like to learn more, contact Peter Rowan at peter.rowan@ruf.org.

Prayer on Thursday: Please join members of City Church’s leadership and staff to pray for City Church next Thursday, July 5th from 7am-8am at the church office (1520 W. Main Street, Suite 105).

Prayer for Jennifer Disse: Immediately after our July 8th service we will hold a special time of prayer for Jennifer Disse. Jenn will be leaving that following week to to begin her year as a missionary in Mundri, South Sudan. Please join us!

Loaves & Fishes: Our next opportunity to prepare and serve a meal for those who need it will be on Sunday, July 15th. We'll meet at the Conrad Center (1400 Oliver Hill Way) from 11am to 2pm. If you're interested in helping out, please contact Ingrid deRoo at ingrid.a.deroo@gmail.com.

Richmond Justice Initiave Forum: City Church will host a Richmond Justice Initiative (RJI) forum on Sunday, July 8th, immediately after our regular service. To learn more about RJI and the work they’re doing in the Richmond area, please read this recent post on City Church’s website. If you have questions about the forum, or RJI in general, please contact City Church RJI ministry partners Betty Cabell Brogan (ecbrogan@gmail.com) and/or Lane Burgess (laneburgess@gmail.com).

City Church Forum on the History of Richmond: This summer, City Church’s Forums will focus on history. First, on Wednesday, July 11th, Ben Campbell will lead a discussion on the history of Richmond. Meet in the Beth Ahabah Chapel from 7:30pm to 9pm to take part in this conversation.

Women’s Bible Studies: There are two groups of women meeting on Monday evenings to complete a study on the book of Colossians–one hosted by Meg Haden and one hosted by Kelly Blanchard. These just got started and will go on for 6 to 7 weeks, so if you’re interested, please join us! Contact Meg (meg@citychurchrva.com) with questions. The cost is $5.
