Elijah House Academy Spring Ladies Luncheon: Elijah House Academy's Spring Ladies Luncheon “Every Face Has A Story...” is scheduled for Friday, May 18th, 2012 from 12:00-1:30pm at the Elijah House Academy Gymnasium (6255 Warwick Road, Richmond). The luncheon will feature Mrs. Kay Coles James and student performances. It is sure to be a thrilling and encouraging afternoon as Mrs. James presents her riveting testimony. Binford Community Garden Workday: Come get your hands dirty on Sunday morning, May 6th, from 9-12 as folks from City Church join with other community volunteers to beautify the grounds of the Fan’s Binford Middle School. The Vassar Family Singers Play Old Time Gospel (UPDATED INFO): The Vassar Family Singers will be performing at Tabernacle Baptist Church (1925 Grove Avenue) on Saturday, May 12th from 6:30pm and 8pm. Come enjoy an evening of live gospel music and take part in a sing-along (lyrics will be provided). Admission is free but donations will be accepted. They will also be selling hotdog and hamburgers starting at 5:30pm.

Save the Date for Men’s Getaway: The gentlemen of City Church will head out to Gordonsville, Virginia on Friday, June 8th through Saturday, June 9th. Stay tuned for more details!
